Kate Cuthbert was born and raised in Adelaide, South Australia. Kate has successfully and profoundly landed herself in the art of collage. Her art making process is an organic and free flowing. She lets her works happen naturally and makes a note not to overwork them. All her collages are hand cut, with absolutely no subjection to digital manipulation.

Kate has exhibited numerous times around Adelaide. Her work has also been exhibited in San Francisco and she was invited to take part of the inaugural exhibition of The Scandinavian Collage Museum in Norway. Most recently a piece was shown at the 2018 Sziget Festival in Budapest.

Kate has been published alongside international collage artists in the prestigious Collage Collective Co Annual in both 2015 and 2017, New York publication Satellite Journal as well as Italian Oltre magazine.

As well as private commissions, Kate's past clients include The Miscreant Vinters, Sleep Squared pyjamas, Spanish fashion designer Cristina Ruiz, Earth Greetings and UK label, Ted Baker. She has provided album art for The Wanderers and The Vanity Cure.

Kate also teaches collage workshops around Adelaide.
